Graduate Support Analyst

We are looking for a recent university graduate to join our company. This will suit an individual who enjoys interacting with customers and is interested in pursuing a career in IT, even if your degree has been non-IT oriented. The role is focused on supporting users with our software solutions which are based on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

This is a non-development role with a focus on providing advice and support to end-users, understanding their problems and guiding/escalating where appropriate.

We offer training, Microsoft/ITIL Certifications and mentoring along with a variety of engagements that will provide opportunities to learn, add new skills and work with our experienced team and high-profile clients on projects that make a difference.

We offer flexible home working for our team with Graduates expected to work collaboratively and join their mentors in our Shalford office near Guildford. Guildford is a vibrant university city with excellent shopping, close to the North Downs countryside and with fast transport links to London.

No experience of Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics is required as all training will be provided. Successful candidates will be quickly working directly with customers to ensure they are happy with their software solution and service.

This position provides a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and is interested in learning more about technology. Career progression for this role will be a Service Delivery Manager with responsibility and accountability for individual customers.
