Are you an incoming 2025 Psychology, Sociology or Neuroscience graduate passionate about the development of young people, with a desire to gain first-hand academic, social and emotional support experience as a Graduate Student Coach for the coming academic year?

An OFSTED graded ‘Outstanding’ sixth-form college located in the Balsall Heath area of Birmingham is eager to add a hard-working, naturally outgoing and gregarious Graduate Student Coach to their superb teaching & learning department in a full-time role.

  • Providing tailored 1:1 & small group tuition and mentoring support to AS & A-Level students
  • Supporting students with UCAS applications and progression into professional life
  • Working as part of Personal Development department delivering college tutorial programme
  • Maintaining strong rapport with students and monitoring their progression
  • Monday to Friday role – September 2025 to July 2026
  • Paid £100 per day during term time – Includes 5 online CPD courses
  • Working hours: 08.30am to 16.00pm

Graduate Student Coach – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 Psychology, Neuroscience or Sociology graduate
  • Open to incoming 2025 graduates
  • Excellent academic background
  • Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring
  • Strong organisation and communication skillset
  • Passionate about the development of young people
