Ridge and Partners LLP in Liverpool is launching its Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for recent graduates in Structural/Civil & Structural Engineering. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience on new-build and refurbishment projects, learning structural analysis, design and collaboration with the project team.

You will be supported with CPD, mentoring, and a tailored development plan aimed at progression toward professional chartership within two years.

Qualifications

• 2:1 BEng or MEng in Structural Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering, obtained in 2026/2027.
• Available to start work full-time from September 2027.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK and no visa sponsorship needed.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its impact.

Responsabilités

• Two-year Evolve graduate programme with on-the-job learning on new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Develop practical experience in structural analysis and design across materials.
• Coordinate designs with the wider project team.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors to deliver projects.
