Ridge and Partners LLP invites recent and upcoming Building Surveying graduates to join the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our Liverpool office. The two-year scheme focuses on on-the-job learning across diverse projects, with exposure to PPM surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments.

You will work with a team on prestigious residential, educational, industrial and commercial schemes, supported by CPD opportunities,

Qualifications

• 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying is required.
• Available to start work full-time from Autumn 2027.
• Permanent right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Candidate must be curious and eager to learn.
• Passion for the Built Environment and its impact on communities is essential.
