Job summary

Pick Everard is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer in London to develop foundations in structural engineering through hands-on project experience and targeted learning. You will integrate university knowledge, gain exposure to diverse projects, and build proficiency in structural design using Aut oCAD and Revit, while advancing through an early careers programme.

The role offers mentorship (IStructE/ICE), training, and a clear path to Chartership, with UK standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Eng (2:1 preferred); MSc/MEng preferred.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit; willingness to learn UK design standards.
• Commitment to personal development and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings and Revit models from sketches.
• Assist Structural Engineers in design.
• Undertake analyses and design calculations under supervision.
• Support project management with financial awareness.
• Assist in on-site survey and inspection work as required.
