Are you a Graduate Structural Engineer looking to start or develop your career in a supportive consultancy environment where you can gain genuine project responsibility, work directly with clients and build your technical expertise?

Our Client is looking for a passionate and motivated Graduate Structural Engineer to join its growing team in either Winchester. You will initially work alongside and receive support from experienced senior engineers, while being given increasing responsibility for your own projects as your knowledge and confidence develop.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is an established engineering consultancy delivering civil and structural engineering solutions across a range of projects. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to take your academic and early industry experience and apply it to live engineering projects, with ongoing guidance from experienced members of the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As part of the structural engineering team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of projects from the early stages through to completion.

You will be:

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per year dependent on experience and will reflect your existing technical knowledge and relevant industry exposure. There is also a bonus offered.
