Graduate Structural Engineer

Lisburn, Northern Ireland

26,000 - 32,000 + Training + Chartership Support + Progression

Are you a Graduate Structural Engineer or similar, looking to work on exciting, technically challenging projects across the UK?

On offer is the chance to become part of a close-knit engineering team with over 20 years of experience, known for delivering detailed civil and structural engineering design services across a wide range of sectors, including social housing, student accommodation, hotels, and commercial developments. The company is expanding due to continued demand and is looking for driven graduates to grow with the team.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support the design team across all stages of project delivery. You'll work to company CAD standards, assist with structural calculations and detailing, and use tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and design software. You'll gain experience with a wide range of building materials and develop a deep understanding of construction methods, while being mentored by senior engineers as you work toward Chartership.

This role would suit a graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering Graduate or similar, looking to kickstart their career in a technically strong consultancy that values learning, development, and career progression.

THE ROLE:

• Work on residential, commercial, and industrial design projects
• Produce accurate drawings and documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and design software
• Follow company CAD standards and document control procedures
• Learn from experienced engineers and receive mentoring toward Chartership
• Based in Lisburn - Monday to Friday

THE PERSON:

• Graduate in Civil or Structural Engineering or similar
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit
• Commutable to Lisburn
