Job description

NES Fircroft is looking for a Graduate Stimulation Engineer who will work at our client's office in Great Yarmouth. The role may require travel and working on the client's vessel when operational needs arise.

This permanent position is suitable for recent graduates or those graduating this year who wish to start their career in stimulation within the energy sector. The successful candidate must be flexible to travel as project requirements demand.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing acid and proppant stimulation job designs to gain competency in stimulation design.
  2. Prepare material related to QA/QC, job reports, chemical reconciliations & reporting, and other documents as required.
  3. Engage in Research and Development activities.
  4. Work in laboratory fluid testing, learn stimulation equipment, and attend offshore stimulation treatments on vessels.
  5. Travel to vessels and offshore sites to perform stimulation work onboard vessels.
Experience Required
  1. Experience in a lab environment is desirable.
  2. Understanding of fracture design concepts.
  3. Relevant Engineering Degree.
  4. UK passport required.
