You’ll join a team that combines technical skill with business insight. In your first year, you’ll be trained to:
You’ll start with hands-on support and shadowing, then progress to leading on your own projects as your confidence grows.
You don’t need BI experience – just the potential to learn fast and grow. You’ll likely have:
A 2:1 or above in or about to graduate in:Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical field
A passion for working with data and building smart solutions
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear communication – you’ll work closely with clients and team members
A proactive, curious approach to learning
Some experience with SQL, Power BI or related tools is a bonus – but not essential.
