Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant

Location: Ealing, West London
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only until July 2025
Pay: Up to £650 per week

The Role

As a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with a range of speech, language and communication needs (SLCN)
  • Work closely with the SEN team and external speech and language therapists
  • Run small group and 1:1 interventions to build communication and social skills
  • Support students in lessons to develop vocabulary, comprehension and expressive language
  • Track progress and celebrate every milestone with students

This is an ideal role for graduates who are considering careers in speech and language therapy, educational psychology, or teaching.
