First Derivative’s graduate programme offers structured training and client-facing roles in a global EPAM Systems context. Graduates join a training track before entering client projects, either on-site with clients or with a project team in one of our offices.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple domains and career paths in software and data. The role targets graduates with a STEM degree, no more than 1 year of software engineering experience, and familiarity with Java or Python,

Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject.
• Graduates no later than 2025.
• Some familiarity with Java, Python, or a similar programming language.
