Whilst coding is an important part of being a Software Engineer, you'll also brainstorm and develop solutions with your team, attend planning sessions and work with a variety of people across teams. You may have to translate technical work to non-technical colleagues.

This Graduate role is a permanent opportunity and you'll take part in our 2-year structured Early Careers Development Programme

  • Basic proficiency of coding in any language is desirable (eg. Python, C#, Java)
  • Legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme - this role is not capable of visa sponsorship.

Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, you'll work onsite at the Nottingham office at least weekly.

  • Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan
  • Core benefits include pension, bupa healthcare, sharesave scheme and more!
  • 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days. You can also purchase additional annual leave.
