Our mission is to provide the fastest and most accurate testing environment to add the highest value to AI engineers deploying AI applications using LLMs. We aim to help companies and researchers push the state-of-the-art in Artificial Intelligence and achieve the best possible chance of human-aligned AGI.
We are looking for an early career Graduate Software Engineer to help build our Python LLM evaluation library, working closely with the Engineering and Science teams. We are open to hiring remotely in the UK.
As one of our first hires, this is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You will influence our software and product roadmaps, engage with users and customers to foster platform adoption, and have a significant say in our technical direction.
Key job responsibilities
Working closely with the CTO, you will lead the development of our open-source Python tools and engage with the community. The ideal candidate has a passion for software and AI, with experience in LLMs, open-source contributions, or personal software projects. Your duties will include:
