Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Graduate Systems Engineer. This role will be based in our Leeds head office (with some travel) and will involve assisting the existing Systems Engineering team with their day-to-day duties.

Key Duties
- Producing electrical AutoCAD drawings
- Creating electrical documentation (cable schedules, parts lists, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate electrical drawings
- Researching and implementing technical solutions
- Participating in research & development projects
- Assisting with in-house fixed wiring inspections and electrical documentation
- Developing PLC software
- Developing HMI software
- Developing SCADA systems
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Experience with 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical
- Experience with 3D CAD software (advantageous)
- Knowledge of PLC and software engineering (advantageous)
- Understanding of control system design and optimization
- Knowledge of British and European design standards
- Experience in HMI/SCADA programming (advantageous)
- Ability to read P&ID drawings (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (essential)
- A clean driving license (advantageous)
- Knowledge of industrial communication applications (Ethernet, CC-Link, etc.) (advantageous)
Conditions:
37.5 hours/week with flexible working, core hours 09:00-15:00 (Mon-Thu) and 09:00-14:00 (Fri).
Starting salary: £25,000 per annum, with incremental increases based on development.
