Job summary

Northrop Grumman UK invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate Software Engineer programme starting September 2027 at New Malden, London. You’ll contribute to live projects, designing, developing, testing, and integrating software while applying Agile and DevSecOps practices in multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical UK defence capabilities.

You’ll receive mentoring, potential rotations across projects, and a structured development plan with support from a dedicated buddy, project

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in software engineering or computer science or equivalent knowledge/skills.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java, C++, C#) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and modern tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to software development projects within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
