Job title: Graduate Maritime Services Software Engineer

Location: Cowes (Isle of Wight)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5days per week.

Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing:
As a Software Engineering Graduate within our Radar Team, you will create cutting edge software for our hardware and be involved in the entire lifecycle of a product, design and development to integration.
•Producing and maintaining a software design to meet a set of software requirements.
•Using a software design to produce a deliverable software solution.
•Testing a software solution to prove that is meets its design aims and requirements.
•Support a software solution to address reported defects and/or add new functionality.
•Developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of Maritime Services software processes.

The Radar team: BAE Systems provides Radar products and support services to a diverse range of customers worldwide, including the Royal Navy. Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software or Computer Related STEM Degree.
