Job description

As a Graduate Analyst Developer, you will work in a self-organized Delivery Team responsible for developing applications from initial design to final release. You will collaborate with teams across different offices worldwide, bringing diverse expertise. We believe strongly in teamwork, and your team will be accountable for the quality of the product delivered.

No prior development experience is required; full training will be provided in the languages and technologies we use.

Specific Role Responsibilities
  1. Develop solutions based on technical designs
  2. Develop unit tests to ensure quality gateways are met
  3. Assist in preparing and documenting software requirements and specifications
  4. Follow best practices for software development
  5. Adhere strictly to standards and SDLC processes
  6. Participate in product demos for internal stakeholders and clients
  7. Conduct code reviews for other Analyst Developers
  8. Estimate development efforts to contribute to delivery planning
  9. Deliver quality outputs within agreed timeframes
  10. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve support issues, working closely with clients
  11. Collaborate with Analyst Testers to understand solutions and testing needs
  12. Communicate work status effectively to the Delivery Team
  13. Enhance business knowledge and programming skills continuously
  14. Contribute to team sessions, sharing best practices and lessons learned as part of the development community within FNZ
  15. Support process improvements and suggest new initiatives
  16. Maintain high standards in written and verbal communication

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering) with a minimum 2.1 classification
  • Confidence and initiative in a client and delivery-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Strong team communication skills, confident in dealing with clients
