Overview

Salesforce development team, contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions whilst excelling at client delivery. This role offers quick career growth as a Salesforce Developer with progression into broader Salesforce Consulting. The position is based in Manchester with a flexible hybrid working arrangement; start date: October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Development/configuration of Salesforce solutions, focusing initially on code-based development
• Design, code and debug our clients' Salesforce solutions
• Definition and documentation of operating procedures
• Understanding technical and business requirements to translate them into implementation details
• Supporting the general delivery process on projects, helping the customer with on-site support activities
• Understanding and analysing a client's organisation/operation and requirements to produce recommendations, technical design documents and time/cost estimates

About the candidate

• You're on track to achieving / have achieved a Bachelor's or Master's degree (2.1 or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or a technology-related field
• Strong interpersonal and communicative skills with the ability to understand complex business processes
• Advanced knowledge of Java or C++, as well as JS/HTML frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL
• Interest in software development as well as cloud-based solutions
• Flexible attitude regarding local and international travelling as well as working across different projects
