Arlanis Reply, a Reply Group company, is seeking a Graduate Salesforce Consultant to join its Salesforce development team in Manchester. You will contribute to design and development of Salesforce solutions while delivering client-focused outcomes.

This role offers rapid career growth with progression into broader Salesforce Consulting, supported by extensive training and hands-on experience. You'll work on code-based development, learn to translate business requirements into technical designs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT/CS or a technology-related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to understand complex business processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Java or C++, as well as JavaScript/HTML frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge using Relational Databases and SQL.
• Interest in software development and cloud-based solutions.
• Flexible attitude toward local/international travel and working across projects.

Responsibilities

• Development/configuration of Salesforce solutions, focusing initially on code-based development.
• Design, code, and debug Salesforce solutions for clients.
• Defining and documenting operating procedures.
• Translating business requirements into implementation details.
• Supporting the delivery process and on-site client activities.
• Producing time/cost estimates and technical design documents.

Role Overview

As a graduate salesforce consultant, you will play an important role within Arlanis Reply's Salesforce development team, contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions while excelling at client delivery. This role will offer quick career growth as a Salesforce Developer with progression into broader Salesforce Consulting. Responsibilities

• Development/configuration of Salesforce solutions, focusing initially on code-based development
• Design, code, and debug our clients' Salesforce solutions
• Defining and documenting operating procedures
• Understanding technical and business requirements to then translate them into implementation details
• Supporting the general delivery process on projects, helping the customer with on-site support activities
• Understanding and analyzing a client's organization/operation and requirements to produce recommendations, technical design documents, and time/cost estimates

About The Candidate

• You're on track to achieve/have achieved a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree (2.1 or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
• You possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills paired with the ability to understand complex business processes
• Advanced knowledge of Java or C++, as well as JS/HTML frameworks
• Advanced knowledge using Relational Databases and SQL
• Interest in Software development as well as cloud-based solutions
• You have a flexible attitude regarding local and international traveling as well as working across different projects
