Job description

Social Media & Content Executive - Entry Level - Hybrid - London

Join a leading creative marketing agency at the heart of the live entertainment and theatre world.
This fast-paced, culture-driven agency works with some of the UK's most iconic productions and touring shows, bringing them to life across digital channels. With a collaborative, passionate team and a strong footprint in the West End and UK theatre scene, they're the go-to experts in arts marketing.

The Role:
  • Support the delivery of organic and paid social media campaigns for a range of theatre and live entertainment clients.

  • Assist in creating social content that drives engagement, brand buzz, and ticket sales, working closely with designers and copywriters.

  • Contribute to content calendars, campaign planning, and reporting, learning the fundamentals of what makes performance-led content work.

  • Stay on-brand and in-tone for each production, helping to grow vibrant online communities.

  • Attend press nights, previews, and cultural events to inform campaign execution and industry awareness.

You:
  • A creative and organised graduate with a strong interest in theatre, entertainment, and social media.

  • Understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn); familiarity with paid vs organic is a plus.

  • Comfortable with tools like MS Office and open to learning analytics/reporting systems; any Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus.

  • A strong communicator with a proactive attitude, eager to work in a fast-moving agency environment.

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for press nights and live coverage opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in content and social marketing within the arts and culture space. The role offers training, strong mentorship, and genuine progression pathways within a highly respected agency.
