Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Graduate Site Manager to join our Early Careers Graduate Programme. This 27-month scheme offers hands-on exposure across construction projects and rotations across the UK and Ireland.

If you have just graduated or are about to graduate with a Construction Management degree and are eager to lead, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop towards chartership, this programme could be for you. Start date September 2027.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or on-track to graduate with a Construction Management degree.
• 27-month rotational programme across the UK and Ireland.
• Geographic mobility across the UK & Ireland, with at least one rotation outside home jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across a range of construction projects.

Over 27 months, you’ll complete up to three rotations across the business gaining exposure to live projects, commercial operations, and technical delivery.
• Geographic mobility is essential - you’ll be expected to work across the UK and Ireland, including at least one rotation outsideofyour home jurisdiction.
