John Sisk & Son is seeking proactive Construction Management graduates to join its 27-month Early Careers Graduate Programme across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The programme offers hands-on experience on a range of live projects, with up to three rotations and mentoring to achieve professional chartership.

Qualifications

- Recently graduated or be on track to graduate with a Construction Management degree, ready to join Sisk’s Early Careers Graduate Programme in September 2027.
- Geographic mobility is essential—you’ll be expected to work across the UK and Ireland, including at least one rotation outside of your home jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
- Participate in up to three rotations across the UK and Ireland, gaining exposure to live projects, commercial operations and technical delivery.
- Follow a detailed development plan and timeline to build the competencies required for professional chartership.
- Contribute to building excellence and trusted client delivery through structured learning, mentoring and project work.
