What you'll be doing
  • As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will help plan and build vital infrastructure such as roads, buildings, substations and other structures on-site.
  • You will support the delivery of Civils or Power Transmission projects and gain hands-on experience in design, installation, and maintenance.
  • You will ensure all works meet technical standards and safety requirements.
Who we're looking for
  • Graduates with a degree in a relevant field; the programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities.
  • Eligible with a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
  • Willing to travel to various locations; occasionally work away from home. Travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
  • Hold a full UK driver's license.
  • Offers for this position are subject to pre-employment checks and a security check (DBS check may be included).
