A well-regarded civil engineering and groundworks contractor is looking to recruit a Graduate Site Engineer to support ongoing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent civil engineering graduate to kick-start their career with a company that values professional growth, mentorship, and hands-on experience. Role Overview: The Graduate Site Engineer will work alongside experienced engineering and site management teams, contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of construction projects. The role will provide structured development, varied site experience, and clear progression routes toward becoming a fully qualified Site Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Assist with setting out, surveying, and quality control on site Support senior engineers with site measurements, record-keeping, and reporting Interpret technical drawings and specifications under guidance Liaise with site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers Contribute to the preparation of as-built documentation and progress records Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures Gain experience across multiple phases of project delivery Candidate Requirements: Degree (or near completion) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Strong interest in groundworks, infrastructure, and site engineering Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive team Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of construction drawings and surveying equipment Full UK driving licence (or working toward it) What’s on Offer: Competitive graduate salary with regular reviews Company vehicle or travel allowance (where applicable) Ongoing training, mentorship, and structured development Support toward professional accreditation (e.g.
