Protocol Education is currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in an outstanding school in Merton starting after Easter. The school offers opportunities to work with students of all ages, including early years, primary, and secondary levels, and provides training throughout the role. The ideal candidates enjoy working with children of all ages, are comfortable supporting students with special needs, and are passionate about positively impacting students' learning and development. No prior experience is required; however, commitment, passion, and dedication are essential.
As a teaching assistant, you will work in small classes of 6-8 students, following a set curriculum to develop speech & language, teach vocabulary and comprehension using visual resources, support core subjects like numeracy and literacy, and assist in creative lessons such as art, music, cooking, and sensory play.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
