Job summary

INDELSEC is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Barnet to start ASAP. You will support students in groups and provide 1:1 assistance to SEND pupils, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully.

The role requires passion for education, strong communication, and an enhanced DBS (online update service) or willingness to obtain one. This is a full-time position with pay ranging from £90 to £105 per day.

Qualifications

• Passion for education and supporting inclusion.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• Strong communication skills with both students and staff.
• Willingness to obtain or hold an enhanced DBS via online update service.

Responsibilities

• Support children in small groups.
• Deliver 1:1 support for SEND students (ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, non-verbal).
