Full-Time Fixed Term Contract Ideal for Aspiring Teachers or Psychology Graduates

Are you a graduate passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? Are you looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before pursuing a career in education, psychology, or a related SEND field?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive primary and secondary SEND schools school in Islington. Starting in September 2025, this full-time role is ideal for graduates with experience working with children and a strong commitment to supporting all aspects of pupil development.

The Role:

  • Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage with a particular focus on individual needs, including 1:1 support.

  • Promote the learning, personal development, and wellbeing of all pupils, including during lunchtimes.

  • Work closely with class teachers, the Inclusion Team, and external specialists.

  • Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

  • Contribute to a team that values reflection, collaboration, and professional growth.
