Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Maidenhead – September Start

An outstanding school in Maidenhead is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team in September. Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

* Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
* Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo
* Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student’s individual needs
* Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress

* A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
