About the Role
In this permanent position, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and SEN specialists to provide tailored support to students with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties. Your role will include:

Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
Supporting teachers to adapt lessons to individual needs
Helping pupils build confidence, social skills, and resilience
Playing an active role in creating a safe, engaging learning environment

Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from graduates who:
Hold a 2:1 degree (or higher) in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
Have experience working with children or young people (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, or care work counts)
Are passionate about building a career in special educational needs, teaching, or child psychology
Are patient, empathetic, and eager to learn from a supportive, specialist team
