Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Bracknell – September Start

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?

An outstanding school in Bracknell is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to make a real difference in the lives of children while building valuable skills for future career pathways such as educational psychology, teaching, or speech and language therapy.

Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

* Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
* Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo
* Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student’s individual needs
* Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress

What the School is Looking for in a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic graduate with a genuine interest in SEN
* A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous experience with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
