Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants - September Start
Mainstream Secondary Schools - Bolton
Short-term and Long-term Roles Available

Are you a recent Psychology graduate or hold a UK degree related to the national curriculum? Do you have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and mental health challenges? Aspire People are looking for Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to join mainstream secondary schools across Bolton for September starts.

These rewarding roles involve working 1:1 with students, supporting within school-based SEN hubs or alternative provision units. You'll play a key role in helping pupils with SEN, including SEMH needs, to achieve their full potential in a mainstream environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
A UK degree in Psychology or a curriculum-related subject
Previous experience supporting students with SEND (in school, care, or youth settings)
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two years of referenceable experience
A calm, patient, and resilient approach
A genuine passion for making a difference in students' lives
