Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:
• Earn up to £570 per week (term time only)
• Start date: Immediate or September 2025
• Monday to Friday – full-time, long-term role

• Support pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
• Help foster a calm, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
• Adapt learning materials and tasks to suit individual learning styles
• Build trust and encourage independence and self-esteem
• Work alongside class teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
• Support students’ social, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:
• A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
• Passionate about inclusive education and pupil development
• Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills
• Prior experience working with young people is a plus
• Patient, proactive, and dedicated to helping others thrive
