As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
Assist children in overcoming social, emotional, and academic challenges
Work alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs, and specialist support staff
Contribute to a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Gain practical experience ideal for graduates pursuing a career in SEN education, child development, or therapeutic support
Full-time, long-term role starting immediately or in September 2025
Based in Stafford, with good transport links and a welcoming school culture
Ideal for graduates in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or related disciplines
