A mainstream secondary school in Salford is looking to appoint a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs (SEN) across KS3 and KS4. The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with individual pupils and small groups who require extra support due to additional learning needs. You’ll help remove barriers to learning by adapting classwork, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting emotional regulation—ensuring every student has access to the curriculum.

This Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role is particularly well suited to Psychology or Education graduates, but all academic backgrounds are welcome. No prior school experience is needed—just empathy, patience, and a strong desire to make a difference.
