Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

A highly regarded primary school in Bradford is seeking a dedicated graduate to join their team as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant for the remainder of the academic year. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real difference to students' learning journeys.

Position: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, long-term role for the rest of the academic year
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (32.5 hours per week)
  • Earn up to £560 per week as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Support students with SEN through 1-1 and small group sessions
  • Graduates with a 2:1 or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in SEN is beneficial but not required

Role Overview:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be providing tailored support to students with additional needs, offering both 1-1 and small group teaching. Working closely with the class teacher and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), you’ll help implement strategies that promote student success and help overcome barriers to learning.
