Job summary

Aspire People are currently recruiting graduates to work as SEN Teaching Assistants across schools in Stoke-on-Trent. Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Genuine interest in working with children and young people.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural needs.
• Helping pupils engage with their learning and develop confidence.
• Working alongside teachers and SEN staff.
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Helping create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
