Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role

Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming Specialist school in Manchester, Gorton (M18).

Role Details
  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Manchester, Gorton (M18)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Pay: Up to £100 per day
  • Start Date: ASAP - Potential for Long-Term Placement for the Right Candidate
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups
  • Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Helping students with their classwork and providing additional support where needed
  • Offering encouragement and motivation to students
What we're looking for
  • A proactive and positive approach to supporting students with experience working with SEN in some capacity
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff
  • A commitment to providing excellent support to ensure student success
  • Patience and the ability to build rapport with students of varying needs
