Tetra Tech is recruiting graduates for its Next Gen Talent development programme in the UK (London or Leeds). The role blends hands-on project exposure with a structured learning path to grow technical and professional skills.

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and participate in security design, risk assessment and project delivery across physical, technical, personnel and personal security, including cyber security overlaps.

Qualifications

• Degree (2:1 BSc) in Cyber Security, Security or Project Management or a technical security qualification.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• MS Office skills and good attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to pursue membership of RSES or the Register of Chartered Security Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop threat, vulnerability and risk assessment methods using data and analytics.
• Contribute to security guidance within projects and embed practical security measures.
• Administer and help develop security SOPs and templates.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to implement security controls.
• Identify innovative, proportionate security solutions to complex design challenges.
