A graduate with a 2:1 or above in any subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, etc.)
Some experience working with young people—through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or outreach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, supportive, and patient approach to learning
A genuine enthusiasm for education and student success
