Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Manchester/Cheshire team on a hybrid basis. You will identify and engage prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and build relationships with senior decision-makers, supported by comprehensive training and mentorship.

We're looking for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are motivated to develop commercial skills, achieve targets, and earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals and learn best-in-class sales techniques.
