Job summary

KPI Education is partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant for a November 2026 start. The role is full-time, 32.5 hours per week during term time, with interviews available immediately and a pathway toward paid Teacher Training in 2027.

Salary is up to £560 per week, with strong mentoring and development opportunities. Open to Science graduates with a minimum 2:1 degree, particularly those with Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

Qualifications

• Recent Science graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Interested in pursuing a career in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused learning support to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Collaborate with experienced Science teachers to strengthen pupils’ understanding.
• Build essential classroom experience ahead of Teacher Training in September 2027.
• Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
