Booker, part of Tesco Group, offers a Technology Graduate Scheme to develop future technology professionals across product management and programme/project management. The rotation exposes you to two areas within Branch Systems Technology with structured learning, mentoring and senior leadership exposure.

Salary £40,000; Start Date 6 Sept 2027; opportunities to advance into leadership roles in a supportive, inclusive environment with a focus on customer-centric tech delivery.

About the role

Are you passionate about technology, innovation and solving business challenges? Our Technology Graduate Scheme is designed to develop future technology professionals who can help shape the systems, products and services that support Booker colleagues and customers across the UK. This rotational graduate scheme gives you exposure to two key areas within our Branch Systems Technology team.

Product Management

Develop your understanding of how technology products are designed, prioritised and delivered. You'll work closely with stakeholders, analysts and engineering teams to help shape solutions that meet customer needs and deliver business value.

Programme & Project Management

Gain experience coordinating technology initiatives from planning through to delivery. You'll support projects that improve systems, processes and customer experiences, developing the skills needed to manage stakeholders, risks and successful outcomes.
