About the role

For your first five weeks at Express Solicitors, you will be in a training suite where you receive bespoke training on black‑letter law, soft skills, and case management. Following this solid foundation, you will join your designated department and begin working as a Litigation Assistant.

You will assist an existing fee earner on their case load, engaging directly with legal tasks and liaising with clients.

• Three appraisals per year and weekly meetings with your supervisor to guide you.
• Salary – £27,500 per annum.
• Hours – 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Thursday with a 5 pm finish on Friday (39.5 hours).

• 23 days holiday, rising to 26 days plus bank/public holidays.
