The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will build relationships with new clients and place talented candidates in suitable roles. Your responsibilities include:

  • Meeting clients and candidates both face-to-face and virtually, with international travel likely.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients, including companies with revenues over $5bn.
  • Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive-level candidates to find long-term positions.
  • Building databases to maintain Imperium Global’s market leadership.

Imperium Global operates a 100% organic growth model, with all Managers starting as Consultants. Many Consultants advance to management within 1 year, with potential to reach Managing Director in under 5 years based on performance.

Internal Training Academy

The company runs a bespoke training program led by an experienced Learning and Development team. After 5 weeks, new Consultants become 360-degree Consultants capable of forming client relationships and placing candidates immediately. Ongoing weekly training ensures continuous learning.
