Responsibilities:

1. Drive the successful delivery of our cutting-edge educational programmes, both in-person and online
2. Manage exciting projects that directly impact students' learning experiences worldwide
3. Coordinate complex logistics, honing your skills in scheduling, venue management, and resource allocation
4. Plan and organise engaging activities and events for students, enhancing their overall programme experience
5. Assist in the recruitment process for mentors and tutors, developing your skills in talent acquisition
6. Support the onboarding of new mentors and tutors, helping to ensure they're well-prepared for their roles
7. Collaborate with diverse teams across the company, building your professional network and communication skills
8. Create and optimise programme timetables, developing crucial planning and organisational abilities
9. Contribute innovative ideas to improve our operational processes, making a real impact on the business
10. Interact directly with students, enhancing your customer service skills and cultural competence
11. Prepare and manage programme materials, gaining hands-on experience in educational resource development
12. Participate in programme evaluations, developing your analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Assist in crisis management situations, building your ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in any discipline - we value diverse perspectives and fresh ideas!
