This can include but not limited to; commercial knowledge, sales training, self-development opportunities, financial and analytical skills and understanding the operational side of the business, beginning with enrolling you onto the sales training delivered by our sister company BMS Progress within the first year of your employment.

How much you will receive depends on the individual location's performance as well as the impact you directly have on the business's success.

Current roles on offer:

There are opportunities Nationally across the 93 locations. These are generally office based Sales Trainees that usually have the potential to develop into field-based sales roles called Area Sales Managers. Typically, you will begin your career as a Sales Trainee which would see you learn and understand all aspects of the business. This would see you develop over a period, with the first few months focussing on training, and after this time to be introduced to your sales targets. There is scope for this role to develop into more client facing further down the line.

Candidate requirements:

  • Fantastic verbal and written communication Skills
  • * Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work well on their own initiative
  • * Well-presented and confident
  • * Can think outside the box and willing to go the extra mile for their customers!

Salary and Benefits Package:

  • Basic salary: £28,000-£30,000 (outside of London), £31,000-£33,000 (inside of London)
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
