This role is designed for someone at the start of their career, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as they develop. With experience, you could progress into a client-facing field sales role, with further opportunities to move into management.
You’ll also have the opportunity to complete a fully funded Level 4 Sales Training Apprenticeship through BMS Progress, alongside the training provided by the business.
We’ve already seen this progression in action, with a graduate placed by BMS in September 2024 moving into a client-facing role with a company car.
You don’t need previous sales experience. We’re more interested in your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.
Communication skills: You’re comfortable speaking to people, building relationships and getting your point across, whether through work experience, university, sport or other activities.
Resilience: You understand that success takes effort, can learn from setbacks and enjoy working towards a goal.
Ambition: You’re keen to develop your skills, take on responsibility and make the most of the opportunities available to you.
A commercial mindset: You’re interested in how businesses operate and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to their success.
