Graduate Sales Executive - Fantastic basic salary plus realistic OTE

£30-£32K + OTE £40K

Working for a market-leading brand that delivers exceptional construction projects for some of the world’s most iconic brands. This organisation is passionate about people, they believe in investing in their staff and developing their employees to achieve amazing things. Some of their clients include Virgin Media, BBC and many more.

The purpose of the role is to support the Business Development team with new opportunities through proactive and reactive sales prospecting. The role is based within their prestigious and modern offices situated in the city centre.

We are looking for motivated and eager candidates who are looking for a developing and progressing Sales role, money motivated and keen to build a fantastic career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target organisations and follow up on all reactive leads from networking events.
  • Researching sales leads using online platforms (Linkedin) to establish key decision makers, fully qualify the opportunity through active sales.
  • Work with the BD team to think creatively when approaching opportunities proving difficult to engage with
  • Ability to secure meetings with the correct decision maker, ensuring the relevant BD member is in attendance to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Work towards meeting and pipeline targets (converting leads to opportunities) agreed with the manager (BDM)

Requirements

  • Excellent organisation skills to manage workload, ensure time is used effectively and diaries are managed to maximise the time spent out meeting contacts
  • Good IT skills, Use of CRM is essential to ensure that all upcoming opportunities are resourced effectively and that all leads are up to date
  • Professional, confident and well presented as you will be involved with future networking events with clients
  • Exceptional telephone manner, credible and clear communication is a must for this role
  • Ideally Graduate level, with some experience working in a Sales Executive role or similar
  • Persuasive communication and listening are essential when speaking to clients
