Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Graduate with a degree in Biomedical Engineering or Human/Sport Sciences to join as a Trainee Endoscopic Sales Specialist. This role offers a chance to build sales expertise within medical devices through a 12-month training program, contributing to the regional sales team and developing key skills. The goal is to progress to the Associate role and eventually become an Endoscopic Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage your development through a structured training plan (TOPs system).
  • Support the sales team and logistics, and assist with product demonstrations.
  • Train customers on equipment and manage related processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide market feedback.
  • Lead sales projects, manage leads, and support business development.
  • Attend regional and national meetings, exhibitions, and congresses.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering or Human/Sport Sciences.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Experience in commercial placements or B2B sales is preferred.
