Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate sales engineer to work for a long-standing market leading company, based in the picturesque Thames Valley, that provides customer focused energy efficient solutions within the UK HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) market. Their portfolio includes clients such as shopping centres, schools, universities, museums, and galleries.

Due to growth, they are hiring an entry-level Sales Engineer suitable for a graduate or someone with HVAC technical knowledge. In this role, you will promote their range of products, both standard and bespoke, through existing clients and develop your own client network with support from the Sales Engineer team.

Ideal candidates will have some sales experience, including retail exposure.

• Respond to, qualify, and follow up on sales inquiries promptly.
• Provide pre-sales technical advice and product education to customers.
• Recommend products or services that meet customer requirements in terms of technical specs, quality, price, and delivery.
• Develop a solid understanding of the market for their products and services, working efficiently and accurately.
• Possess a technical background, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, due to the technical nature of solutions offered.

Salary starts at £25,000. After successful completion of a 6-month probation, a commission structure and additional benefits will be available.

Location: High Wycombe, office-based.
